By booking, scheduling, or using any of our junk removal services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
MinneJunkHaulers provides residential and commercial junk removal, cleanouts, light demolition, and hauling services. Specific services may vary by location and are subject to availability.
3. Scheduling and Access
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when scheduling services. On the scheduled service date, the customer must ensure clear and safe access to the junk/materials to be removed. If access is restricted or unsafe, service may be delayed or canceled at our discretion.
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is provided via estimate and may be subject to change upon on-site assessment. Final pricing is based on volume, weight, labor, and type of material removed.
- Payment is due immediately upon service completion.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or digital payment (Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, etc.).
5. Items We Cannot Remove
We do not remove or transport hazardous materials, including but not limited to:
- Chemicals, paints, or solvents
- Asbestos or biohazards
- Explosives or firearms
- Medical waste
- Oil or gasoline
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure no prohibited items are included in their junk.
6. Damage Waiver
Our team takes reasonable care during junk removal services. However, MinneJunkHaulers is not liable for:
- Damage to driveways, flooring, walls, landscaping, or other property during removal if damage occurs as a result of moving heavy or bulky items in tight spaces.
- Items mistakenly left behind or taken in error unless specifically documented prior to service.
Customers must disclose any concerns or fragile areas prior to service.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A cancellation fee of $50 may apply for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
8. Disposal Practices
All items removed are sorted for proper disposal. We recycle or donate usable items whenever possible. However, we make no guarantee that any item will be recycled or donated.
9. Insurance and Licensing
MinneJunkHaulers is fully licensed and insured. Proof of coverage is available upon request.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MinneJunkHaulers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.
11. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe working conditions, illegal items, or abusive behavior from customers.
12. Modifications
MinneJunkHaulers reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
